The information we collect is used to populate the public directory, facilitate connections between homeowners and installers, conduct compliance audits, and improve the overall functionality of the platform. Contact information may be used to send platform updates, verification status changes, and service inquiries.
3. Information Sharing
Installer profile information (excluding private account details and internal portal credentials) is made publicly available in the directory. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulatory bodies if required by law or to support verification of HUD and local regulatory compliance statuses.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data within the directory. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
