By accessing and using MHFind ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

MHFind provides a directory and verification tracking platform for HUD-licensed manufactured home installers. We provide information "as is" and make no representations regarding the quality of work, performance, or final compliance of any listed installer.

3. Installer Registration

Installers submitting information for inclusion in the directory represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate, current, and verifiable via the HUD Manufactured Home Installation Program or applicable state regulatory bodies. MHFind reserves the right to remove, demote, or flag listings that fail regulatory compliance audits.

4. Disclaimers

The Service connects users with third-party service providers. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from the engagement of any installer listed on this platform. Users are responsible for independently verifying installer licenses, insurance, and references prior to hiring.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts.
